We’ve had wild temperature variations this past winter. 60 degree freeze thaw swings in 24 hours. Rinse and repeat. DOT has its work cut out for them.
The odd thing is that they have done so much to repair I 69.
Much of it looks brand new. It takes time because it is a big project!
