Our guys were outgunned so I don’t necessarily blame them, that said — they were disarmed and detained, and the military said they had followed all appropriate procedure. So our soldiers are under orders to let themselves be disarmed and detained by foreign troops on American soil?

Remember that Navy patrol boat that was captured by the Iranians a few years ago, captained by an Academy grad, and there was a lot of suspicion that they had been ordered to let themselves be taken rather than resist and risk hurting Iranians. I thought we had left that crap behind with Trump and out guys would be allowed to protect and defend themselves.

I’m sure our Military sniper teams have itchy trigger fingers, requiring some anti-itchy exercise. Some rifle mufflers and starlight devices can get the point across rather effectively. The forthcoming fear of seeing their comrades drop right beside them, with only a subtle unlocatable pop, will put the fear of God back into their soulless bodies.
