“I think Bill Whittle has been doing a lot of the best framing of issues on the right”

I agree, and have been following him for years, and wonder why he isn’t more popular. I’ve thought he would be an interesting guest host for Rush once in a while.

I have always liked Rush, but Rush seems more a populist talk radio guy than a political pundit with the solid ideological underpinning. Not meant as an insult, either, because he has his part to play, both as a historic innovator and current day commentator on issues.

But Bill Whittle most definitely approaches the issues from a well thought out conservative ideological core.

One of the things I have that I got for becoming a Bill Whittle member is a set of DVDs titled "Firewall: What We Believe" that are astonishingly good. I was so blown away, I was going to purchase about $500 worth of them to distribute to people, until I found out they were available on YouTube for free...:)

I am posting these here for anyone who has not seen them. They are not long, they don't need to be watched in order, and every single conservative who I have ever sent these links to has enthusiastically lauded them:

Bill Whittle's Seven Part Series: What We Believe

Part 1: Small Government and Free Enterprise

Part 2: The Problem with Elitism

Part 3: Wealth Creation

Part 4: Natural Law

Part 5: Gun Rights

Part 6: Immigration

Part 7: American Exceptionalism
