On July 25th, 2016, the DNC was kicking off its convention amidst the release of thousands of emails showing the DNC working exclusively with the Hillary campaign in alleged illegal ways. Bernie Sanders never had a chance and the DNC chair, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, resigned on July 28th in shame during what was to be her pinnacle moment as Chair. During this same time as the convention was kicking off, with hindsight, something startling was happening, the DNC started sharing the false Russia narrative that morphed into Trump – Russia collusion. FYI---Cong Devin Nunes will be submitting eight criminal referrals to the Dept. of Justice next week. Five referrals are for specific people who participated in the political scheme against candidate, president-elect and President Trump. The remaining three referrals are not person specific, but rather outlines of “conspiracy.”
<><> One referral is the conspiracy to intentionally falsify material to the FISA Court in order to gain a Title-One FISA warrant against U.S. person Carter Page; and by extension the political campaign of Donald Trump.
<><>A second conspiracy referral targets the intentional manipulation of intel; a conspiracy to weaponize the intel apparatus against a political party and presidential candidate, Donald Trump.
<><>The third conspiracy referral is less specific and pertains to evidence collected that shows a small group of government officials engaged in “global classified intelligence leaks” to the U.S. media and other entities and/or persons.
Nunes declined to identify the Obama officials who will be subject to the referrals. He said that five of the referrals name specific government officials he believes have lied to Congress, misled Congress or leaked classified information. “We believe there is a conspiracy to lie to the FISA court, mislead the FISA court, by numerous individuals.”
The second conspiracy one is involving manipulation of intelligence,” said Nunes, adding that “we’ve had a lot of concerns with the way intelligence was used.” Nunes is also making what he calls a “global leak referral.” “There are about a dozen highly sensitive, classified information leaks that were given to only a few reporters over the last two and a half plus years,” he said. “We do believe that we’ve got pretty good information and a pretty good idea of who could be behind these leaks,” Nunes continued.
The Justice Department is not required to open investigations based on congressional referrals, but Nunes said he is willing to meet with Attorney General William Barr to discuss the matter. (more at Conservative Treehouse.com)
For the past two years we have heard about upcoming mass arrests among crooked Hillary supporters but they all were BS reports. I’m still waiting for positive results.
