Can ex-felons get welfare? Or, do they need to work to survive, to compete with illegals?
I think jails should provide a trade for them. That way they get out and can support themselves. We are pretty stupid with our outlook on prison. Why let them rot for 10 years only to be put out with nothing to fall back on. Guess what? They either spend their lives on welfare or go back to prison which either way costs us money. Stupid!!!!!
