Worst case - look at what Trump is doing to reshape the federal judiciary. Block EO by injunction ( we know how that game is played), then Scotia will declare it unconstitutional.
But it will never get to that point because she can’t win.
She can't win, but she is succeeding in pushing that Overton Window ever further to the Left. Any Democrat who might win will consider her proposals conventionally acceptable and will try to implement them if elected.
Which is why no Democrats are acceptable.
