I think Trump was involved with the ROE especially after the whole "shoot them if they throw a rock" dustup.

Here is what we know...US Soldiers were detained and disarmed by foreign military invaders on US soil, and ZERO GENERALS HAVE BEEN FIRED!

Trump didn't build the wall.

Trump didn't close the border.

Trump didn't arrest Hillary or EVEN ONE of her cronies.

Seems like we've been had again.
