Though former Vice President Joe Biden was widely expected to announce his campaign launch this week, those plans may now be in flux as his team vacillates between different locations and timing options, according to a Monday Philadelphia Inquirer report.
The initial plan, as first reported by the Atlantic, was a video announcement on Wednesday followed by campaign stops in Charlottesville, Virginia then Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney’s office has reportedly received no permit requests for the big event spaces where Biden would likely speak, if the city was still part of the rollout plan.

Charlottesville would remind everyone that democrats tried to paint every traditional American with the broad brush of racism.
It would be the worst place for a man who wants to win back the working class vote to announce.
Maybe a major funding source for him is in flux now.

Biden, the plagiarist and serial groper of little girls and women, can't even make the decision to run for the office.
First he's in. Then's he's not. Then he is again. Then, instead of announcing, he announces he will announce....maybe. WTF?
That's why senators don't make good presidential candidates. All they do is debate issues but, individually, they never have to make a decision about anything.
Joe needs to take that ever-present foot in his mouth out of his mouth and decide one way or the other.

If Biden chooses Charlottesville, he is pulling the race card. The problem is that the Governor, Lt Gov, and AG have their own scandals involving race and sexual abuse. Does Biden want to evoke that in his roll out as well?
Bad choice that will set the tone of the campaign. I hope Joe goes there and opens Pandora's box.
I would urge any FReepers to watch any of the appearances by Peter Schweitzer regarding Biden and his son and their actions in both the Ukraine and in China. He also talked about McConnell in his book “Secret Empires.” The video below is 5 minutes long.

Ask yourself after you watch this (it is all very well researched with lots of footnotes) how much screeching we would endure if this were Trump and his sons with some kind of “deal” in Moscow or Beijing.
