The strategy was to flood the field with (paid) GOP candidates which would allow Jeb to win the nomination with less than 20 percent of the vote.
In other words, the DeepState Bushes were paying these other candidates to stay in the race.
That means Ted Cruz btw, and explains Ted's backstabbing of Trump up through his RNC convention speech “vote your conscience!” of which Hillary retweeted immediately!
Cruz's campaign also deceitfully reached out to The Conservative Treehouse in 2015, because TCT said Cruz had “no mathematical path to the White House”... which proved Cruz was working in collusion (lol) with his old Bush bosses to elect Jeb. (Let's forget about the Canadian birth for a moment).
Trump wasn't on Jeb’s DeepState payroll. And Trump was a known threat since he topped the Presidential polls in 2011.
Remember, even the Colorado RNC tried to wipe Trump off the ballot in August of 2015.

But it was a strategy that I think the Dems might be employing for 2020... get all the losers in the world to throw their hat in the ring in order to nominate the Uniparty Deep State candidate, whomever that is.
