The five-year-old boy thrown from the third floor of the Mall of America is amazing his doctors.
According to Mac Hammond, a pastor at the family's church, the boy recently underwent a five-hour MRI test. FOX 9 obtained a video of Pastor Hammond's Easter service in which he provides an update on the boy's condition.
"There was zero evidence of brain damage - there wasn't even swelling," Hammond said. "No spinal chord injury, no nerve damage, no internal injuries that were life-threatening."
Hammond said that the boy did suffer several broken bones.
The pastor also said a doctor compared the boy's injuries to falling off a bicycle rather than falling three stories.

Wow...some serious answered prayers for this family.
All praise and honor and glory to God for this.
Amen!!!
Angels watched over him.
Now, to get the devil who threw him incarcerated for the rest of his sorry life.
And I fell about 150 ft into swampy brush and only ended up with messed-up knees and ankles. But then I had a ripped canopy and shroud lines streamering behind me.
A lot luckier than the guy who fell through my chute on his way down.
Now throw the would be killer guy off the same height and see what happens.
How far was the fall? They mention three stories. IIRC each level have is at least 20ft tall.
I’m thinking maybe his guardian angel caught him mid-air and helped carry him down to buffer the fall.
“First of all the Pastor is violating patient privacy”
HIPAA doesn’t pertain to clergy and churches. (Imagine a prayer meeting where you couldn’t gossip about others’ ailments. LOL!) Still, it’s decent that he got the OK from the folks first.
One news article I read said it was about 40 feet.
The monster that threw the little boy should be tossed from an airplane at 20,000 feet to give him more time to think about it on the way down.
