When the urban unproductives start heading out, it is in search of a healthier host - nothing more. Here in NJ, broke cities are trying to farm out their permanent welfare caste to other municipalities with tax bases (working people) who will pay for their public education, emergency services, etc. - because the cities can’t anymore, and the state is also broke (the injections of white peoples’ money have dried up).
