The French Revolutionaries in the time of Terror where anti-religious. Many bishops, priests and nuns were beheaded by guillotine and all Catholic property was confiscated. Many properties were never returned.
It’s the communists’ way. The Reign of Terror was done by proto-communists, pure and simple.
I don’t expect this current pope to do a thing to oppose the Leftist agenda. He’s a communist, too.
