Catholic Church
Well, it's a Catholic Cathedral and a famous historic icon...no other denomination is affiliated. Hence...they do "own it".

Then they should be angrily admonished and criticized for not stepping up, by the millions of Catholics around the world. The Vatican has Zillions of dollars and gold.
Actually the Catholic Church doesn’t own it. France does.
Anything built before 1905...Catholic, Christian churches are owned by the French govt.. not the rcc.
They are historic buildings, but Christians can use them for services....RCC probably got bought out by French govt with their churches..Follow the money explains a lot.

Certainly not illegal. And it depends on the context of Rudy's comments. Hillary and the DNC were working closely with the Ukrainians to get dirt on Manafort and Trump. They paid an ex-MI-6 Brit to get and spread disinformation on Trump and those on his campaign, including allegedly from Kremlin sources. Bill Clinton got $500K from a Russian bank for a speech in Moscow.
Obama worked closely with the Russians to get their approval of the Iranian deal, which they helped negotiate and were signatories to. Many believe that Obama's failure to do anything on Russian interference in our elections, which according to the Mueller Report, he knew about in 2014 was tied to his desire to get Russian cooperation on the Iran deal. We paid Russia to supply the transportation to the International Space Station.
The bottom line: Let's look at the actual connections to Russia by Obama, Hillary, and the DNC vice what Rudy may have said. The Trump Tower meeting was a setup. Veselnitskaya worked for GPS Fusion. She met with Glenn Simpson the day before and day after the Trump Tower meeting.
