Any SS recipient, who has a 3rd party designated to receive their SS check, is ASSUMED to be incompetent and unable to manage their affairs and the following assumption is that they should not own a gun.
This is the automatic assumption and no allowance was made for individual circumstance. And if memory serves, there was no way to restore gun rights or to have a hearing prior to the loss of the rights.
Because it’s those recipients, who have a 3rd party designated to receive their SS check, that are doing all the killings in Chicago.
