I doubt most of her story.
I can't fathom that in Ithaca, of all places, she couldn't find an abortion clinic.
She's making a martyr of herself by posting this all over the internet after whining about how she didn't want to burden others with her personal choices.

There is a clinic in Ithaca that provides abortions up to a certain date. If the pregnancy has progressed past that date, the clinic in Ithaca refers the patient elsewhere.
