All the while indicting a hero for failing his moral obligation who attempted to save the life of a human by making it harder for the criminal to murder her child, the "passenger" in her "vehicle" that she was intent on forcibly removing and terminating all life functions.
But oh, the hero did not have the names and criminal records of the other people at a antique shop, leaving her (and evidently to her relief) after 15 minutes with a phone and help on the way. How negligent!
Therefore if a Uber driver finds out that his passenger is on her way to kill her husband/have him killed then if he will not help her complete her mission, to make sure his moral obligation to the criminal is fulfilled, he should make sure the criminal is left in a safe place, where he knows the names and criminal records of the other people there, so that the soon-to-be murderer can be safely complete her mission.
Rather, the "safe place" she should have been left is in a prison, where the names and criminal records of the other people there are know.
