“Congress even referred McCabre and one other up a YEAR ago . . . nothing. Don’t hold your breath.”

Jessie Liu, US Attorney for DC, had the McCabe referral. Some speculated that inaction on that caused her to be removed from consideration for the number three spot in DoJ recently - or maybe they want to keep her in DC for some upcoming business. She was the only US Attorney personally interviewed by the President before being nominated.

I won’t hold my breath for Mueller to indict Democrats.
He probably was not looking for them, but he could have tripped into some, and found himself in a position of liability if he did not refer, when it could be shown that he was informed.

Anyhow, with the referrals listed alphabetically, and two spaces between Cohen and Craig, The only good guesses that I have heard are:

- Another Cohen (maybe a family member)

- The same Cohen referred for something else/in a different jurisdiction

- Comey

- Corsi

- Another Craig

- The same Craig

It is still possible that Democrats will be brought to justice (other than from Mueller). Although I am more cynical than before, objectively, I can’t rule out the possibility.

- Large cases with lots of connections (organized crime, espionage) may just need a couple of years to investigate and prepare, if you want to catch all of the guilty in the net. Some might have to be surveilled for a long time, or baited into revealing or repeating some criminal behavior (if for instance, they had an immunity grant from Comey or Mueller for their prior acts).

- There could be some strategic backward planning from the 2020 election, to time effects to influence the election. Saving the electoral gold for when its needed.

- Just having a new broom (AG, and soon DAG) might sweep some up, in the course of just professionally dealing with what crosses their desk.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst...
