Trump has the power to fire Mueller so how is that obstruction? Trump had no expectation that firing Mueller would end the investigation so if it would not be ended where is the attempted obstruction? Mueller ultimately worked for Trump. And no one is saying the real reason why Trump wanted to fire Mueller and why he thought he was f_____ when Mueller was appointed Special Counsel. Mueller had just been rejected by Trump the previous day to fill the vacant Director of The FBI job and would probably be out for revenge against Trump.
