Page 36 illustrates that the difference between hacking and phishing, or spearphishing as it's defined in footnote 112, is a known concept and should have been applied appropriately regarding Podesta's email.

An early side note - there sure are a lot of "Harm to Ongoing Matter" (HOM) redactions.
