How can you obstruct a NON-CRIME?
How can you obstruct an investigation into a crime that NEVER took place?
Calling it a “HOAX” and “Witch Hunt”, which it WAS, that should be ended is obstruction?
From the talking heads on ABC (yes, I am a feeling more than a wee bit sadistic today), they’re citing instances of what some might deem ‘attempted obstruction.’ They seem to think it is may be grounds for Congress to investigate/enact law/impeach.
1) wanted McGahn to fire Mueller as SCP on conflict of interest and later tried to get McGahn to lie to the press that it never happened;
2) discreetly inquired about and insinuated replacing Rosenstein with next in line if 'she were on the team and maybe interested in being AG someday;
3) Accused Sessions as 'not protecting him as a Pres' an AG should and trued to get gim to unrecuse himself and end things.
I should specify that my comments are not my opinion, just what is being 'reported' or actually printed in the report.
