Coulter was apparently referencing Sanders’ policy position from 2007 where he opposed an immigration reform bill that he feared would drive down wages for lower-income workers. He co-authored a restrictive immigration amendment with Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-IA. The bill ultimately failed to pass the Senate.

I am not defending Ann but this IS good policy. Republicans cannot continue to ignore blue class wage earners as much as they despise them they will propel Trump to victory.

I think the key phrase and quote here is this:

"If he went back to that position, I’d vote for him. I might work for him. I don’t care about the rest of the socialist stuff."

Once you say that, the rest of it is meaningless.

Trump has been drawing blue collar workers to our side, along with blacks and Hispanics -- more than any Republican in modern times. But for the sake of bombast, Coulter doesn't recognize that.
