How about telling the owners they had a report of a suspicious package on the premises so the owners would evacuate and surveillance cameras could be installed? If you or I announced there was a suspicious substance in a package so that we could gain access to a building, we would be charged with a crime. But is ok for the police to force an evacuation by scaring the occupants?

Of course it's okay for them, they're the government-sponsored thug organization with badges, guns, and the knowledge that they can get away with a lot of BS.

Remember the suspicious fire at Trump Tower during the primary season.

it’s a black bag operation and the case against the Weather Underground fell apart because of such action by “Deep Throat” (who was sent to prison because of it).
