Then both Comey and McCabe need to be prosecuted for financial wrongdoings within the agency. There are checks and balances on payments and disbursement. They obviously committed violations of policy. And prosecuting them for that is not obstruction of justice............
I’m certain that Comey and McCabe will both be prosecuted, and for crimes a lot more serious than paying Steele for a phony dossier. But I’m not even sure that paying Steele will be a crime.
