I’ve never really liked or understood this part of the black culture. It’s unfortunate there is a black culture instead of just being blacks in an American culture. This is probably why blacks will always remain a separate people among Americans. Many, particularly those with the gang ghetto mentality, will never assimilate into American culture. They will forever segregate themselves then claim victim status.
