Even if this had gone to the next step (approved visas), no one has yet explained how you’d grant these ICC figures ‘authority’ to question, interrogate, or hold US military personnel within the borders of the US.
I’ll point out as well...these ICC situations have come up with three previous Presidents (Clinton, Bush & Obama), and each eventually said ‘no’. The minute that any President allows some visa and authority...you might as well disband the US military because no one is going to accept orders to deploy or fight in some campaign, if this group is in the shadows.
