The famed Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France was engulfed in flames on Monday leading to the collapse of the structure's main spire. The intense flames leaped out from two of its bell towers minutes before the spire collapsed, and later spread to one of the cathedral's iconic rectangular towers.

Just talked to my niece who lives in Paris. She saw the spire go down. She says it’s absolutely horrible and they still can’t quite believe it is happening. Heartbreaking.

Never take your culture for granted. I hope this is a lesson that is sinking in today for France.

First smoke noticed 5-10 minutes after the close of doors for the day to the public ? Exactly enough time for an arsonist to have snuck in to the upper construction areas , set a timed ignition device and made his escape with the departing crowd .

It would seem that a responsible restoration would have a crew assigned to check that nothing potentially flame-causing was left out and around after the work crews finished for the day. Also, it would seem that you would avoid having moozlum workers. Just sayin’. If, indeed, it is moozlum arson, the government there would never say so.

Have you not seen the crime reports? The socialism emanating from it? The "Pope" that praises an improvising abortionist as "Italy's finest"? The outright call for the invasion of our country?
I feel bad about the loss of the Notre Dame Cathedral, but I wouldn't feel one iota of pain if the various HQs of the organization that owned it all went up in smoke.
This kind of fire can only happen when there is a lot of accelerant. This was arson. Bank on that. And how many of the people working on the renovations were Muslims. More than none would be too many.
Because old paint has never been stored in a building before without it going up in flames...
This seems to have started in the roof where they were working. I don’t think it could be arson.
