She may be the choice of the New Progressives, but I’ m betting the Old Progressives are still out for blood after the way Bernie was cheated out of the nomination last time ‘round and will be pushing hard for him - anyhow I think Biden is toast walking and doesn’t even know it......

Biden would have beaten Trump easily in 2016, and probably in 2020 as well, but thank heavens he’s much too white for the New Breed.

The judges are appointed by the elected politicians. All judges are political. A judge appointed by a democrat is a political democrat judge. Well, no.
The act of nominating a judge is political act. That does not, however, mean that all judges are political. Trump is selecting judges that will not be political.
For RATs, it could not be otherwise, because to a RAT, everything is political, and the end justifies the means.
