Not sure what's being said here - was there a massive cover up? Was the case dismissed? Was there suppose to be a grand jury and it was never conviened? Sundance is great but he needs to offer some of his 'best guesses' every now and then. Do you get this stockpirate?

The implication is that Jesse K. Liu (US Attorney for DC) is part of the problem - letting the guilty off the hook, not investigating abuses of the system.
