Aside from judicial appointments, which Republicans are slow-walking, my guess is that too much of what Trump has set out to do is all talk, little physical results and will just as quickly disappear. Or, more likely, be swamped by the invasion of illegals getting in under his watch. Sadly, even if the border was closed tomorrow, there are millions already in the country, 30-60 million. And the number leaving are not being talked about because they are so incredibly few.
He’s ruling alone basically with some administrative help and the conservative caucus in the house and a handful of senators

The Republican Party despite how they suck up when running for their own office....most of the GOP are kapos
The Democrat party which has gone nutz basically....perfect time for a pathfinder Democrat to turn right if they have the charisma
The media is just as nutz as the Democrat party and sometimes I think they are the true Left, and the Dems are just implementers of policy the media trumpets
The culture....a daily onslaught
The intelligence services....who would thought the CIA and NSA and DIA were run by lefties...now that is troubling isn’t it
The administrative state obviously run leftist to GOPe and detest Trump and work against him and leak and plot and so on
Which is why it’s important they pay a price for their meddling
Trump is doing almost by himself and his tweeter account and just sheer determination
It’s a wonder he’s gotten anything done
The Left owns America’s institutions from corporate boards to politics to media and academia even down to video games
But they don’t own the electorate ..

Catch and release is the law of the land. Trump can’t do anything about it. He has asked Congress to change the law since he was sworn in and they won’t. He literally is fighting this by himself.
