Not cruel, gay state, just a murderer if they're unarmed.

The problem is our politicians (and theirs) do not want to solve this problem. It's not their problem. Until it reaches their community, it will never be their problem.

But to your point, it's murder. If they're armed, that's a different scenario entirely.

But to your point, it's murder.

In Texas there's a law that says if someone breaks into your house you have the right to use deadly force to stop the threat. No need to determine if the person is armed or not.And no need to determine what his/her intentions are.In fact,it's my understanding that that same law gives you the right to use deadly force against a person who breaks into a home *other* that yours.

I'm 99% certain that I heard that exactly description used in regard to a law that was passed in Texas within the last few years (can't recall when I heard it).

The United States is *my* home and I'll live with the moral consequences of using "shoot to kill" and I'll sleep like a baby after each such report I might hear.

And yes,I fully recognize the right of any agent of a foreign government to shoot *me* because I entered their country illegally. On the hundreds of occasions I've eneted a foreign country (check my profile page if you have a minute) I have,to the best of my knowledge,*never* violated *any* of their immigration laws...and I never will.

Just sayin'...
