So the Mayor of New Orleans took a trip to Cuba for education and enlightenment. Reminiscent of another infamous mayor, New York's Bill DeBlasio, spending his honeymoon in Cuba. Seems like Cuba is to American commies as Mecca is to devout Muslims: a place that is a must visit.
