I saw a TV documentary (to the extend anything on TV could be called a documentary) about transgenderism, in which they studied the brain of a transgender “woman” who had recently passed. They noticed one key component of this person’s brain seemed to be configured more in the female manner than the male manner. I believe the examination was conducted in the Netherlands.

A corresponding brain configuration may be true of anyone who focuses diligently or obsessively on a particular thing. I read some years ago of the dissection of the brain of a violinist, and the brain was enlarged in the area controlling music. But there's really not enough brain data yet to affirmatively infer or predict any interest, talent or behavior.

“Brain changes are often seen as improvements, but this is not always the case. In some instances, the brain might be influenced by psychoactive substances or pathological conditions that can lead to detrimental effects on the brain and behavior.”

What Made Einstein's Brain Different From Everyone Else's?
“Neuroscience has understood a great deal by the examination of damaged brains. We've learned to localize specific functions to various areas and structures in the brain. But when a brain functions extremely well, it's not always easy to understand why.”
