Second half of List of changes in courts. Posted this part because of biggest changes.
6) contd: the 5th from 11R-5D to 13R-3D; the 6th from 10R-6D to 14R-2D; the 7th from 9R-2D to 10R-1D; the 9th from 9R-16D to 22R-7D; the 10th from 5R-7D to 7R-5D; the 11th from a tie to 8R-4D; and the federal circuit from 4R-8D to 5R-7D.
These are BONE CRUSHING CHANGES.
