25th Amendment covers an incapacitated President, but which amendment covers Pelosi?


To answer your question; none. Fact is she can’t be recalled and she can’t be impeached either. The only way to get rid of her, besides her death or resignation, is for her voters to not reelect her—and that’s not likely to happen. Her democrat colleagues could vote her out as Speaker, otherwise she’s third in line to the Presidency. Doesn’t that make you feel better?

Not true at all. Members of Congress are Federal office holders. All Federal office holders may be impeached by a majority vote of the House and removed by a 2/3 supermajority of the Senate. It’s not likely to occur in Pelosi’s case, but impeachment could theoretically be used to remove her before expiration of her term.
