I know exactly what you mean by Levin's histrionics. But on this Fox Hour, the few times I've watched, that's just not there. In fact he gives the guest loads of room to have their say without interrupting or drama...and his questions are spot on.

I suspect a large part of the problem is that 90% of those qualified for these job are “deep state”, and of the 10% remaining, 95% look at what happens to Trump allies and say “no way” am I subjecting myself to that ****. That leaves very few good choices.
