Because it was literally being reported from multiple sources. The fact of the matter is Jared and Ivanka both have large influence on Trump and both of them have repeatedly caused problems by giving him bad advice and influencing him to make bad decisions.
This is not some “Antisemitic conspiracy”, Trump let’s his personal affection for his daughter and son-in-law cloud his judgment.
My point is the firing of Comey changed nothing. They were out for Trump’s blood one way or the other. Comey deserved to be fired. If anything it wasn’t done soon enough.
