Not in Chicago anymore. The Superintendent wouldnt order it and I seriously doubt the beat cops would obey even if he did. Why should they? The SA office wont file felony charges unless the crime is so egregious they have to.
And even when they do the judges simply release the perps on ridiculously low bail so they can go out and kill cops.
Its gonna get ugly here.

back in the day, was on the receiving end of a couple of swarms....in the projects @ Diversey\Clybourn & Damen...one was over fireworks of all things. The other over a murder.
