Per the National Community Pharmacist Assoc., the average pharmacy inventory turnover is a little under once a month, so seizing control of the pharmacies won't be of much help without also gaining control of the supply chain and in fact keeping the supply chain operating.

If the supply of legal opiates is cut off in the U.S., one can only imagine the pandemonium. Illegal drug sales will skyrocket.
