MEMO TO PRESIDENT: Mueller did not examine the origin of the case because he would have found that a fraud was worked on the FISA court. He then would have had to charge an FBI agent or the DNC. That was untinkable to Mueller because:
1.he is a former director of the FBI, and
2. he is a democrat.
He had his sights on (ONLY) the president.
