Unfortunately, Nunes doesn’t have subpoena power since he is in the minority party, so if the targets want to tell Nunes to pound sand, Nunes and the Republicans have no further recourse. The only legal way these varmints can see justice is if the DOJ gets a spine and investigates them.
The only thing that matters now is whether Barr will be concerned once he gets the referrals. That’s a nail biter right there.
