No problem. I hear the 9th Circuit has nothing else to do. Stack them up in front of every single Federal courthouse on the west coast from dawn to dusk. If the good Judges in that circuit won’t hear the cases release them in the parking lots and walk away.
Do be sure you put the directions to the local Bar Association in their hands when you do. Make sure those poor oppressed migrants know that free food and beer are available.

Interestingly enough my town’s dogcatcher just issued an order that ICE agents must distribute ice-cream cones to all illegal aliens within 30 minutes of their crossing the border.
He has just as much authority to make his order as this judge does to make this ruling.

Why would we release anyone, bail or not into the US when they’re here illegally, or have a pending and possibly fraudulent asylum claim. They should go back and wait in another country, never being allowed to sleep one night in the US.
