Congress wrote the laws passed by prior Presidents,
POTUS, CBP and ICE are following the laws.
Take your gripes to Congress and tell them, like Trump has, to change the immigration laws.

One compound question: Your writing suggests an elevated level of sophistication, but if a fact, as commonly defined, is "a thing that is known or proved to be true" isn't "true fact" redundant, or is there such a thing as a "false fact," and if so, would you share an example? Presidents can and have started wars, bombed the living hell out of countries, all without the permission of Congress, and you are telling me that a President can’t stop an invasion on our own soil without Congress’s permission?
Griping is something people do when they are powerless to do anything else. I don’t think the President is powerless.

Trump does not “own” the situation now. That is foolish and blatantly partisan. The Democrat party has refused to repair a severely broken immigrant system that requires illegals be turned loose in our communities. Trump is doing everything possible to slow the flow of illegals.
Even with a protective vest she would regret it.

I have always voted for Republicans. The observation is not partisan, but merely a statement of reality.

It would be insanity for Trump to wait for the democrats, and half the Republicans, to act.

There is no evidence he is stopping the flow of illegals.
Trump’s oath of office gives him the authority to stop the flow. The United States government has become an agent and enabler of human traffickers when it transports the illegals all across the United States. They are about to bring in a contingent thirty miles down the road from where I live. No one knows how many rapists and murderers are in that group.
