One report said the police phoned in a bomb threat as a ruse to install video cameras.
Weren't the police, by allowing the spa to remain open, partners in the operation of the spa? Is this not entrapment?

The true mystery is why a man that rich would go to a place like that for his jollies. Maybe it being a seedy place added to it for him. Weird.

Maybe he actually went looking for a massage?

Generally speaking, “entrapment” requires the police to OFFER illegal services. Surveillance of an illegal activity does not constitute entrapment. Allowing an illegal activity / operation to continue, likewise, is not entrapment.

I think they have a point. They can also, probably, make the case that the ‘workers’ were being abused there, as (illegal) immigrant sex-slaves - and by leaving it open when they could have shut it down, they unnecessarily contributed to the abuse.

If he went for a straight massage, the tape will exonerate him.
Not that I care either way how he gets off.

Sure. I mean that was evidently an advertised service of the establishment. Where else can you get a massage, if not at an actual massage parlor? It’s in the name and everything.

He should find the VERY best private investigator anywhere and pay him 10 million for solid irrefutable evidence that the cops, the police chief, the DA, or judge who signed the warrant is a closet homo, looks at kiddie porn, cheats on his wife, cheats on his taxes, is a cross dresser, doinks underage girls, etc.
Lets see how moral the morality police actually are.
That’s if I was a multi-billionaire widower in my late 70s.
But that’s just me.

Is it perfectly legal to surveil and record naked people secretly? It was legal in the former East Germany.

East Germany didn’t have a Bill of Rights. They did have a Bill of Wrongs however.

The spa owners should file a terrorism charge with the Feds. That should tie-up our entire court system for the next thirteen years.

I don’t understand why the police would sit around for months recording this and yet the media claims these women were being trafficked. Those two don’t jive.
