Yeah, trump has never made empty threats that he never carries out before.
He’s been totally neutered, unfortunately.
They still let him tweet and be brash, but this was a total roll.
It’s just a tactic in negotiations... you say things - then watch for the reaction. Trump’s like a fighter who’s nimble on his feet. He takes actions seriously and words casually ... again it’s a tactic.
