LOL, weakness my butt! The reason that the ADP research institute claim that the fewest number of workers were added since March of last year is precisely because the labor market is tightening and employers just cannot find the workers.

There are plenty of workers, but employers won’t, or can’t pay enough. Once work requirements really kick in for various aid programs we might see a change.
