I hope not but suspect you are correct. Else, my worry, is he’ll take some half-baked action, let the courts shut it down before the ink is dry, then complain. Some might disagree, but I do think this is a repeated pattern. Blaming the courts doesn’t excuse it in my opinion as some of the actions really are half-baked.

The President seems to feel that he can change laws by ignoring them and not having his staff check the legal feasibiity before he declares some new action. My brother who lives in New York state was doing architectural work at a historic site which had been bought by Mafia folks as a tax shelter. He had a terrible time trying to get them to follow the laws for historic sites. He said even when the law would work better, they got a perverse pleasure out of cutting corners when trying to get things done. So, is it a New York thing, or a Mafia thing?

You absolutely can blame the courts for doing everything they can to stop Trump. He’s the commander in chief of the military. He wanted to ban trannies from enlisting. A black-robed tyrant said no. Instead of telling the tyrant to go pound sand, he let the supreme court tell the lower tyrant to back off.

If he didn’t, what would the commies do? What would and could they do now? Would the republicant’s hold firm, or would they cave like they always do?
