They should be applying the same standards of proof to Biden they applied to Kavanaugh.

I’ve always believed Hillary will find her way into the race, probably pretty late in the game so she doesn’t have to run a full fledged on the road again campaign.
She’s working from the sidelines to make sure anyone she can’t beat is booted out before the primaries, and Biden is probably her worst nightmare. If she’s not behind this I would be very surprised.
