I left the day Mayor WAshington was inaugurated 1983.
It’s happening all across the cities. They’re not making arrests on the small crimes like prostitution, shoplifting, etc. anymore.
Just give Them time, they will clean the lack of arrests because the city is so safe there are no more criminals to arrest.
