This is about as good as one can expect for Chicago. When I saw that Bobby Rush attacked Lightfoot that was all I needed to know. She is a former US attorney who will be tough on crime and perhaps will take a stab at dismantling the Chicago machine.
One could hope and pray. God uses the governments of the world as He wishes. To get rid of some of the Chicago Way in order to get a Gay Way in its place... not sure how good an overall bargain that is. But at least a Gay Way can be challenged in a different manner.
