Between Lightfoot and Foxx I’d say the odds are very good. Watch for Chicago’s bond rating to go even further down the tubes, too.

I foresee a time not far off when the sane parts of states like NY, IL and CA will “wall off” their big cities, or better still force them to be city-states, so that the rest of each state can function normally.
